These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all recovery, towing and repair services provided by DB Recovery and Repair. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
About Our Services
DB Recovery and Repair is a Dublin based vehicle recovery and mechanical repair business providing services across Ireland. Our services include 24 hour recovery and towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, accident recovery, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, servicing and NCT related repairs.
Recovery services are available 24 hours a day. Workshop based repair services operate Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm. At present, services are provided for cars and motorbikes. Support for vans and larger vehicles may be introduced in the future.
All services are subject to availability, location, traffic conditions and operational capacity at the time of request. Any estimated arrival times are provided as guidance only.
Pricing and Payments
Prices will be confirmed where possible before work begins. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as vehicle condition, location, access, time required and any additional work identified during service.
Payment is due on completion of recovery or repair work unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to make payment may result in work being paused or vehicles being retained until payment is received, where legally permitted.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, its condition and location when requesting services. DB Recovery and Repair is not responsible for delays, additional costs or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle where possible. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle unless caused by proven negligence.
Repairs and Recovery
All repair work is carried out based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection or diagnostics. Additional faults may be identified during repairs. Where possible, customers will be informed before additional work is carried out.
While every effort is made to handle vehicles with care, DB Recovery and Repair is not responsible for pre existing damage, wear and tear or mechanical issues that were present before recovery or repair services were provided.
Liability
DB Recovery and Repair will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, or mechanical issues that occur after service and are unrelated to the work carried out.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where it cannot be excluded under Irish law.
